I.P.M DOES WORK

Healthy lawns will be built from the ground up. Through lawn analysis and constant monitoring for weed, insect, disease and cultural problems your lawn will be receiving far greater and broader attention than ever before. It will be managed similar to that of a golf course. We will begin with a lawn inspection in April looking for any problems from the previous year (such as crabgrass or insect damage) that need to be monitored during the coming year. Also on each visit we will be checking for weeds and using whatever control methods are available to us to take care of them. Also in either the spring or fall, we will be aerating the lawn. This is an important step for ensuring a healthy root system and helping to keep the thatch layer from becoming a problem.

We feel these are the best programs available, but, as always if you do not see a program that meets your needs or if you have any questions please give us a call and we can design a program for you.

Feeding Only
• 4 fertilizer applications
(April, June, August & October)

Weed & Feed
• A basic feeding and weed control program
• 3 fertilizer applications (April, June and August)
• 2 spot treatments with Fiesta (May & September)

I.P.M. Feeding
Complete lawn feeding program with core aeration in
the fall plus monitoring for weeds, insects and disease.
• 4 fertilizer applications (April, June, August & October)
• Core Aeration (late September or October)

I.P.M. Weed & Feed

Complete lawn program with 7 visits. On each visit we will monitor and control weeds with the appropriate means for the season.

• Monthly Monitoring plus weed control if necessary on all visits
• Spring or Fall Aeration

I.P.M. Weed & Feed + Insect

Complete lawn program with 7 visits. On each visit we will monitor and control weeds with the appropriate means for the season. We will also monitor for Surface Feeding Insects and treat if necessary.
